How should my husband and I dress for Ruth's Chris SteakHouse?

We are going there for Valentines, but have never been there before. On the website people looked dressed-up.

Country Club casual. Slacks, not jeans, and a nice shirt (and sweater if you are somewhere cold). You will see business folks there with jacket and tie too. So, your husband should be comfortable, let him do it his way.

I concur with the last answer...dress casual (no jeans) but as with the first answer folks also dress up so be comfortable and remember your money spends like the other customer..you will enjoy the meal.

Dressy Casual, no jeans. you don't need to wear a suit or dress, just some nice dress slacks and dress shirt.

They are right. You will see everything from jeans to a full suit. Go somewhere in the middle..khakis and a sweater for him and a nice outfit for yourself.
